The Rogers-O'Brien team begins every project with a focus on team coordination and alignment. To establish these foundations for success, a team meeting is held at the start of each project. Lee Consulting Group (LCG) has worked with the Rogers-O'Brien team in San Antonio to plan and facilitate multiple team alignment meetings, which included core members from the Rogers-O'Brien team, the Owner's team, and the Architect's team. LCG conducted pre-meeting interviews with all client representatives and administered a team survey to gather feedback on communication styles and protocols. The insights from these activities were used to develop the content for the four-hour, in-person team meetings held in San Antonio. During the meetings, Jody Lee served as the facilitator, guiding the team through a series of exercises and discussions focused on alignment, team goals, and commitments. Following the session, LCG prepared a concise one-page summary document outlining the major goals and charters established during the meetings.

Lee Consulting Group partnered with C1S Group to conduct a comprehensive audit of the company’s marketing program. The engagement included a full review of all marketing collateral, social media, website, and related brand communications.

As part of the process, in-depth interviews were conducted with key leadership to capture insights on vision, challenges, and opportunities. These findings were combined with the audit analysis to form a clear, actionable strategy.

The final deliverable included a presentation of audit findings along with a 3-month, 6-month, and 12-month strategic outline. This phased roadmap provided C1S with both immediate action items and longer-term priorities, ensuring a balanced path toward strengthening their brand and accelerating growth.

This project was driven by TriArc’s desire to align its digital brand with the company’s strong reputation and forward momentum in the commercial construction market. LCG guided the entire creative and content process, developing new slogans and taglines to better capture TriArc’s brand voice and positioning. In addition, LCG wrote all copy for the site, ensuring that the messaging clearly communicated the firm’s capabilities, culture, and differentiators to prospective clients and industry partners. As a newly-formed concrete subcontractor, BCR approached LCG to organize and design a compelling website to creatively enhance the BCR brand and tell the BCR story, while maintaining a tight timeline and budget. Heights Venture Architecture (HVA) is a proven and well-established architecture firm serving a variety of market sectors including retail, office and education. With the hopes of expanding their target markets to include the multifamily market, HVA’s leadership approached LCG to help the firm strategically position for success in the multifamily market. To assist with the market positioning, LCG met with HVA’s leadership on multiple occasions to understand the vision for what types of multifamily work they wanted to target and the goals associated with their growth into this new market. Following these meetings, LCG reviewed HVA’s entire collateral set and team resumes and provide a comprehensive plan (including design templates) for reworking their collateral to showcase their team’s expertise in multifamily and successfully market their services to clients in the multifamily market. Phase 1 of this project is currently wrapping up, with Phase 2 scheduled to commence shortly which will be focused on connecting HVA with a tailored list of clients whom they can target as they grow into this new market.

LCG worked with the Zonda team in Dallas-Fort Worth to develop a market expansion strategy to target a new client group. To support this, LCG organized three interviews with subject matter experts (SMEs) in this new market to gather intel to inform Zonda's strategy and approach for entering this new market. These interviews consisted of SMEs from development/brokerage (JLL), private development, and institutional ownership. During these discovery calls, LCG facilitated a series of questions to gather insights about the existing competitive landscape, current technology/data gaps, and confirmed the decision makers and influencers who would purchase Zonda's services. Following these calls, LCG provided a comprehensive Executive Summary covering the key findings and recommendations, as well as all supporting interview notes and other research to support Zonda's strategic plan.

TriArc Construction approached LCG to create a comprehensive signage package covering all site signage across TriArc’s diverse construction projects (interiors and ground up). This included a fully designed construction package with 24 construction signs that can be ordered for each construction project based on the need. In addition to creating the construction signage package, LCG worked with TriArc’s leadership to establish best practices and Standard Operating Procedures for identifying “required” and “optional” signage for each project, which ensures that all TriArc projects have consistent branding. Beyond the various safety and wayfinding signage for the project, LCG also worked with TriArc to develop a clean and professional windscreen template to order for each project, which includes standard navy fencescreen combined with TriArc-branded fencescreen panels. LCG utilized our longstanding relationships with signage vendors and fencescreen vendors to get TriArc preferred pricing and ensure that they have a uniform process and standard pricing for all projects.
